Don’t Just Subscribe.
Step Inside.
You do not need to learn the whole app today. You just need to know where the important things are—and take one small action before you leave.
Start With the Right Goal.
Most people join a new community and immediately become spectators. They read, scroll, and wait until they feel “ready” to participate. I don’t want that for you.
Move From “I Signed Up” to “I’m Part of This.”
Faithful Fitness works best when you use it as a place to practice—not another place to consume. Ask something. Share something. Encourage somebody. Let people know who you are. You do not need to impress anyone. You just need to step in.
Here’s What You Actually Need to Know.
There is plenty inside Faithful Fitness, but you do not need all of it on Day 1. These are the places worth knowing first.
Your Profile
This is how the community knows there is a real person behind the name. Add a photo, check your name, and make yourself recognizable.
The Community Feed
This is where the ongoing conversation happens—wins, questions, workouts, recipes, encouragement, challenges, and everyday stewardship.
Groups, Challenges & Seminars
When there is something specific to join—like a challenge, study, seminar, Brotherhood/Sisterhood conversation, or coaching thread—this is where deeper participation happens.
Coach Alex
You do not have to wait for a formal coaching relationship to ask a question. If you’re unsure where to start, send me a message inside the app.
What can you ignore for now?
Anything that makes you feel like you have to “catch up.” You do not need to read every old post, join every group, or use every resource. Start with what helps you take the next faithful step today.
Before You Leave, Do One Thing.
Pick whichever of these feels easiest. The goal is not to complete a checklist. The goal is to stop being a spectator.
Update Your Profile
Add or update your profile photo so we all know you’re a real person and not a mystery account.
Message Coach Alex
Send one simple sentence: “My next faithful step is ______.”
Make Your First Post
Share a workout or recipe, ask a question, celebrate a win, or encourage someone. Break the silence and join the conversation.
Coach’s Note
Do not wait until you are “doing better” to participate. You do not earn your way into this community by being fit enough, disciplined enough, or knowledgeable enough. Come as you are—and take the next step from there.
Thirty Days From Now, I Want Something to Have Moved.
The emails will help you think, learn, and see things differently. But the goal is not to become a better-informed spectator. The goal is to practice faithful stewardship in your actual life.
step inside and participate.
Train Hard. Pray Harder.
