Who we are
Faithful Fitness is operated by Train Hard. Pray Harder LLC. Our website is faithfulfitness.co. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, including the Faithful Fitness Health and Habits Profile.
Mailing address: 41 Huntington Drive, Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058, United States.

Information we collect and why
Health and Habits Profile
When you submit the profile, we collect your name, email address, forty ratings, and any optional reflection you choose to provide. We use this information to calculate your results, assemble your requested free results or purchased report, deliver them by email, and respond to questions about your results.
The ratings cover health and lifestyle habits, faith, and a question about past trauma. Your responses and results may reveal sensitive information about your health, religious beliefs, or personal experiences.
The reflection is optional. Please do not include detailed medical or trauma history, diagnoses, treatment records, or private information about another person. A brief comment about your goals or habits is sufficient.
Your name, email, ratings, and optional reflection are saved in our WordPress website database and private Google storage. Google services process, store, and send your requested results and reports. Private storage means records are not intended for public access; the providers supporting these services process information as necessary to operate them.
Payments
Stripe handles checkout and collects payment and billing details directly. Payment details entered at Stripe are not returned to or stored in our WordPress or Google profile records. Faithful Fitness cannot access your full card number. Transaction records are retained separately for business and accounting purposes.
Contact and support
When you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you provide. We use them to respond, provide support, and manage your request. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Technical and usage information
Website hosting, security logging, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel can process technical and usage information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, and website interactions. We use this information to operate and secure the website, understand usage, and measure advertising performance.
Newsletter choices and email tracking
Newsletter signup is separate from the profile and purchases. The newsletter checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you opt in, the profile integration sends Mailchimp only your name, email address, and a source tag identifying where you signed up. It does not send your ratings, optional reflection, scores, or report contents.
New newsletter contacts must confirm their subscription before receiving newsletter marketing. Mailchimp email-open and link-click tracking are enabled. These features tell us whether an email appears to have been opened and which links were clicked, helping us understand engagement and improve our communications.
You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting coachalex@faithfulfitness.co. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not cancel results, reports, receipts, or support messages you have requested.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, including pixels, can record when a page is viewed or an interaction occurs. Our website uses these technologies to support website functions, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance.
- Functional technologies: Support website operation, preferences, and security.
- Google Analytics: Helps us understand how visitors find and use the website.
- Meta Pixel: Helps us measure advertising performance and understand actions associated with our advertising.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel do not receive profile answers, reflection text, profile scores, report contents, or private report links. They may still receive page-visit and interaction information, which can reveal that you visited a page related to health or fitness.
You can use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Some website features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled. Blocking cookies does not necessarily stop every form of tracking or delete information already collected.
Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. You can also manage available advertising preferences through your Google and Meta account settings. These options have limits and may not apply across all devices or browsers.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. Cookies have varying lifetimes: some end when you close your browser, while others remain until they expire or you delete them. The retention periods for information already collected are described below.
Who receives your information
We use the following providers to operate the website and deliver our services:
| Provider | Purpose and information handled |
|---|---|
| Talking Monkey Media | Hosts our WordPress website and database, including submitted profile information, and maintains website backups. |
| Provides private storage, processing, and email delivery for profile results and reports. Google Analytics separately processes website usage information. Privacy policy. | |
| Stripe | Handles checkout, payment details, and transaction processing. Privacy policy. |
| Mailchimp / Intuit | Receives name, email, and source tag from the profile integration following separate newsletter opt-in; manages subscription confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe preferences, and email engagement tracking. Privacy statement. |
| Meta | Receives website visit and interaction information through Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, excluding the profile information identified above. Privacy policy. |
WordPress is the software running our website. Talking Monkey Media is our hosting provider. Authorized Faithful Fitness team members may access information needed to fulfill requests and provide support.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address a security incident, or establish or defend a legal claim.
Information received from other sources
Our providers make information available to us through their services, including Stripe transaction records, Mailchimp subscription and engagement information, Google Analytics usage reports, and Meta advertising reports. We use this information for the purposes described in this policy. Payment details entered at Stripe are not imported into our WordPress or Google profile records.
Automated results and your permission
The Health and Habits Profile uses automated scoring and prewritten content, not artificial intelligence (AI), to assemble results and reports based on your responses. Results are educational and intended to support reflection and coaching. They are not a medical diagnosis and are not used to determine eligibility for employment, insurance, credit, or healthcare.
Participation is voluntary. We use the answers you submit to provide the results or report you request. Permission to process profile information is separate from newsletter permission. You may contact Coach Alex to ask about a result, correct information, or withdraw permission for further processing. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed and may prevent us from completing a requested report.
How long we retain information
| Information | Retention practice |
|---|---|
| Profile submissions and reports | Kept for 12 months after submission. We manually review and delete older active records quarterly, no later than 15 months after submission, unless a specific legal requirement requires retention. Individual deletion requests are handled when received. |
| Transaction records | Kept for seven years following the transaction, unless a different period is legally required. |
| Support messages | Kept for seven years after the related support matter is closed, subject to applicable deletion requests and legal requirements. |
| Unconfirmed newsletter signups | Kept for seven years from signup unless deleted earlier in response to an applicable request. Unconfirmed contacts do not receive newsletter marketing. |
| Security logs and retained analytics records | Kept for seven years from creation, subject to applicable deletion requests and legal requirements. Individual providers may retain their own records for different periods under their policies. |
| Confirmed newsletter contacts | Kept while subscribed. After unsubscribe, limited information may be retained to honor the unsubscribe request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. |
| Talking Monkey Media and Google storage backups | Backup copies are retained for one year. Removing an active record does not immediately remove it from existing backups; a copy may remain for up to one additional year, subject to any earlier deletion required by law. |
Deletion is manual. Our profile plugin does not automatically delete profile records or backups. We coordinate removal of matching active records and report copies under our control in WordPress, Google storage, and relevant email or working copies, and address applicable deletion requests with providers.
Backup copies are not used for routine business purposes. If a backup is restored, we reapply previously completed deletions. Applicable legal deletion deadlines take precedence over our ordinary retention schedule. We cannot delete copies retained in your own email account, downloads, or printed records.
If information must be retained for a legal obligation or dispute, we limit that retention to what is necessary and explain applicable limits when responding to a request.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email coachalex@faithfulfitness.co with the subject Privacy Request to request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. If possible, write from the email address used for your profile. Do not send additional medical or trauma information to verify your identity.
The Faithful Fitness team verifies requests and coordinates access, correction, and deletion across WordPress, Google, and relevant providers. We respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by law. If applicable law permits an extension and one is necessary, we will explain the reason and revised response timeline. If we cannot fulfill a request in full, we will explain why.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain advertising or sharing, appeal a privacy-request decision, or complain to a regulator. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or submit an appeal.
Protecting your information
Google sharing permissions for profile records and reports are set to private. We limit access to information needed to provide services, handle requests, and operate the business. Our service providers also apply their own security measures.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure, contact coachalex@faithfulfitness.co promptly.
Security incident response
When our team learns of a suspected loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure of personal information, we use the following response procedure:
- Report and document: Notify Coach Alex, record when and how the issue was discovered, and preserve relevant evidence and logs.
- Contain: Work with the affected provider to restrict unauthorized access, secure affected accounts, revoke exposed credentials where needed, and pause affected services if necessary.
- Investigate: Determine what happened, which systems and information were involved, which individuals may be affected, and whether the incident is continuing. Obtain technical or legal assistance when needed.
- Notify: Assess applicable notification duties and notify affected individuals, authorities, and other required parties within applicable deadlines. Notices explain the incident, information involved, protective steps taken, and actions individuals can take, as appropriate.
- Recover and improve: Correct the cause, restore services safely, monitor for further unauthorized activity, and document the response and improvements needed to reduce recurrence.
Reports of suspected incidents can be sent to coachalex@faithfulfitness.co. Please describe the concern without emailing additional sensitive records or other people’s private information.
Children and teenagers
The Health and Habits Profile is not restricted to adults age 18 and older. Parents or legal guardians with questions about a minor’s information may contact coachalex@faithfulfitness.co to request review, correction, or deletion, subject to reasonable verification and applicable law.
Where parental authorization is legally required, it must be obtained before collecting or processing the child’s personal information. If we learn that a child’s information was collected without required authorization, we will stop the affected processing and take steps to delete the information or otherwise address it as required by law. A newsletter checkbox or this privacy notice does not replace required parental authorization.
Policy updates and contact
We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. We will display the latest revision date and provide additional notice or request consent when required. A revision does not retroactively authorize a new use of information.
